The Conference Policy Committee prepares guidelines for regional conferences for presentation to the General Assembly in October. The interim report of this Committee is attached.

The Chairman of TC-2 reports on TC-2 activity since 1974 July. The Requested Actions are attached.

The letter is addressed to the WG 2.1 members; the attachment contains the author's report to the 19th TC2 Meeting on the WG 2.1 21th Meeting. The letter tells as well that TC2 has acted upon WG resolutions and has transmitted them to the General Assembly, and also on preparations to the 22th WG Meeting.
