Letter of H.Zemanek, TC 2 chairman, to the TC members. The author proposes to discuss, in the course of the Edinburgh Committee meeting, disagreements as to Algol 68, arised in WG 2.1. The attachments are: 1) Agenda of the meeting; 2)Draft of an open (and ironical) letter to P.Naur entitled "Failures of the Algol effort" and referencing to a talk given at the Zurich colloquium "Ten years of Algol" (May 1968).
