The author informs that he is going to defend a doctoral dissertation. The dissertation has been taken for a defense at the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. A subjective relation of Academician S.V.Emel'yanov to the definite point of a personal questionnaire of the candidate for a degree can create great difficulties at a consideration of the dissertation. The author asks the addressee to talk with S.V.Emel'yanov for the sake of an objective relation to the work.
