To M.R. Shura-Bura
On behalf of a group of conference participants I ask the Program Committee
to answer the following questions:
1. A principle of contributed talks rejection. If possible, read the list of
rejected talks and point out criteria of rejection for each talk.
2. A principle of contributed talks acceptance, and confirmation of this
principle by examples (priority, IPM, unfinished research, etc.???)
Please answer tomorrow at the final session.
P.S. We think that the principles of VKP-2 should be discussed now or later in press.

Dear Mikhail Romanovich!
What in your opinion is the way out of the "amateurishness" when an
experimentalist, having obtained the main results, loses all interest
in a problem leaving the research in semi-finished state and not open
to practical use.

When will the ALMO compiler be handed over to the association of M-20 users,
i.e. will be available to users?

Please name the best Algol compilers for M-20-like computers,
not necessary the recent ones. We need this to make, if possible,
a choice without preliminary exploitation.

To the speaker, M.R. Sh.-B.
Dear Mikhail Romanovich!
Don't you consider your thoroughly protected right to experiment and your
reluctance to serialize your "software product" ("why, it is uninteresting!")
to be the foundation of all concurrent OS projects associated only by adopting
System360 ideas?
