In accordance with the Decision of Siberian Branch Presidium of December 26, 1969,
the Computing Center is entrusted with conduction of the 2-nd All-Union Conference
in Programming (February 3-6, 1970, 700 non-resident and 25 foreign participants).
To ensure proper preparation and conduction of the conference, we order:

1.      To approve the following duties allocation among the Organizing committee
members – Computing Center and Design Office employees:

          A. P. Ershov  -   Organizing committee chairman

          O.V. Moskalev - Organizing committee vice-chairman

          G.I. Kozhukhin -  Organizing committee vice-chairman                

          A.A. Bers -  Scientific secretariat  and sessions sites preparation        

          A.A. Gubin -  Transport and hotels

          A.V. Zamulin - Conference proceedings publication

          E.N. Ilyina - Foreign visitors reception

          S.K. Kozhukhina -  Registration and accomodation

           L.I. Kotova - Correspondence and paper work

          M.E. Kosheleva - Cashier

          V.F. Menshikov - Scientific secretariat and notification service

          R.D. Mishkovich - Social functions

          I.V. Pottosin – Excursions to CC and press relations

          R.D. Syasko - Treasurer

          P.A. Khvalin -  Material supplies

          G.P. Chelpanov - Catering service

2.      Heads of the Computing Center subdivisions and services are to render the
Organizing committee members maximum assistance in Conference preparation.

3.      The Organizing committee members are allowed to get other employees to take
part in preparation and conducting of the Conference on agreement with the heads
of the Computing Center subdivisions and services.

4.      The Conference estimate of expenditures at the expense of the Computing Center
budget should be ready by 15 January.

5.      For the period of Conference preparation and conduction The Organizing
committee chairman is entitled to carry out correspondence using the Computing
Center letterheads and to vise the Conference files subject to mimeographing.

6.      To entrust deputy director O.V. Moskalev with control of this Order fulfillment.
