                                            Dear Spartak Timofeevich!

In accordance with the decision of the Presidium of the SBAS USSR, the 2nd All-
Union Conference in Programming (VKP-2) will take place in Akademgorodok,
February 3-6. The number of participants is 800 persons.

To ensure successful conference functioning, the Organizing committee asks your
permission for the following:

1.      To conduct during this period sectional meetings in Maltsev Room and BFA daily
from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 15.30 to 19.00.

2.      To use professor’s common room for scientific secretariat needs.

3.      To set up bookstalls in the University lobby.
