The delegation of the USSR Ac. Sci. to the IFIP-80 Congress could not on its return home take Aeroflot plane and was urged to go via London.

The author is worried having no contact with Prof. Evtushenko. Also he has not yet received Ersov's list of referees. A copy of the letter to Evtushenko is attached.
