The author expresses his pleasure from meeting with the addressee in Budapest and informs that there must be two meetings: in the USSR and in the UK by the terms of the agreement between their countries. He asks the addressee to tackle now co-sponsors: the British Counsil in Moscow and the USSR Ministry of Education

After several talks with A.Ershov at the Budapest Congress on Mathematics Education, the author makes a request to the British Council to organize a new round of Anglo-Soviet meetings within the limits of existing links between the two countries. (Copy to A.Ershov)
