Wage fund of START Severodonetsk branch for 1985-1988

from the IIS order from the protocols of the IIS Scientific Council on issuing awards according to the results of work on the subject "Research in the area of the theory of parallel programs, systems, and processes, methods of their analysis, synthesis, and verification."

Taking into consideration the growing defficite of budget funds, the direction and Scientific Council of the IIS are carrying out the below mentioned actions to save the staff and concentration of scientific potential of the institute in the priority research fields. Attached to the given letter is the Attachment #1 containing the "Results of IIS subdivisions rating evaluation" and "Economical activities of the IIS" in the years 1992-1995.
