The idea of a new panel came up too late, but may stay on in the first reserve line.

No reaction as yet from supposed panelists, but there are two volunteers in reserve. There is only one paper from India. The responce from potential reviewers is good. All circulars from Amsterdam have come.

Randell has refused to participate at the Congress. It is proposed to invite Sandewall with his panel topic.
