Each letter (in all - 121) contains the request to send one or several copies of the Symposium proceedings

Almost all claims (in all - 172) were rejected. The reason was the wrong understanding of the symposium subject by most applicants, and very severe restrictions on the number of participants (only 40-45 persons)
