The author thanks for being invited to the Symposium on Implementation of Algorithmic Languages, but he cannot present a talk. He can neither attend the Conference on Artificial Intelligence because of the meeting of the Working Group on Data-Bases. The letter touches also the previous meeting of the said Group.

The author discusses the topic of his paper for the Symposium on Implementation of Algorithmic Languages, proposes to invite A.Terekhov and S.Baranov to the Symposium, asks to send materials of the recent (February) meeting on compilers.
