I received your telegram. I agree with the date September 19-20 for the symposium beginning. We
also have consent on the part of local authorities provided that the USSR AS secures financing. For
the symposium location the town of Urgench is appointed.

To obtain written corroboration from the UzSSR AS, an official inquiry by USSR AS Foreign
Relations Department addressed to UzSSR AS FRD is required.
