These
papers are signed by acad. Marchuk. On
Friday I’ll advantage of my business
trip and shall
deliver the papers to FRD. To make the
affair completely official two more
papers are needed that
will be sent, as I understand, to FRD of
UzSSR AS: Intourist’s consent to
service and, as
instructions read, “local Soviet
authorities’” approval offoreigners’ participation in
the symposium.
