Dear Andrei Petrovich!

I consider holding a symposium dedicated to Al Khorezmi can be useful and productive. The
formulated problems are of interest of specialists in the area of theoretical cybernetics, applied
mathematics, and informatics.

I propose to include in the conference program the following talks:

1. V.M. Glushkov  “On the Goedel theorem proof  from a programmer’s viewpoint”.

2. A.A. Letichevsky “On the search for invariant relations in programs”.

3. Yu.V. Kapitonova “On goodness and badness of putting combinatorial processes on a
   computer”.

Academician V.M. Glushkov
