According to the 1970 plan, February 3 through 6, 1970, the SBAS USSR Computing
Center is holding the 2nd All-Union Conference on Programming. The Conference
program contains the following major topics in programming:

1. Mathematical problems of programming

2. Computer architecture

3. Operating systems

4. Shared systems

5. Algorithmic languages

6. Programming systems

7. Application software

8. Personnel management and training

It is proposed to form the Organizing Committee of the 2nd All-Union Conference
on Programming numbering the following members:

Computing Center department - Organizing Committee Chairman.
