We received your telegrams but decided against canceling the scheduled PC meeting due to its
preliminary nature.

10 members of a 12 attended the meeting.

The papers were distributed among the PC members for preliminary acquaintance and evaluation. It
was decided to leave you a subject section 8, but it turned out, that only 3 papers and 1 abstract
belong to this section. I am sending you these documents for evaluation.

The meeting decided to rate papers on the following parameters:

1. Compliance with the conference subject-matter

2. Novelty

3. Clearness of presentation

4. Completeness of the result

5. Presence of errors: no errors, small errors, substantial errors

6. TOTAL RATING from the point of view of acceptability.

Rating should be based on numerical score (0 to 10)

The total number of papers submitted to the PC is 140. We need to select 48 of them.

The next PC meeting will be held 18-19 September at 10.00 at the IPM (Miusskaya Sq., 4), room N
24. At this meeting PC will make selection of papers submitted to the conference.
