Taking into consideration the growing defficite of budget funds, the direction and Scientific Council of the IIS are carrying out the below mentioned actions to save the staff and concentration of scientific potential of the institute in the priority research fields. Attached to the given letter is the Attachment #1 containing the "Results of IIS subdivisions rating evaluation" and "Economical activities of the IIS" in the years 1992-1995.
